Ordering & Payment Options

We will gladly process your order by email. Please contact us with the following information:

Product(s) you would like to order and the quantity of each
Your complete mailing address and phone number

Lathertons will then create a PayPal invoice (with shipping rate) and email it to you for payment. PayPal accepts credit cards and bank payments securely even without a PayPal account. We appreciate payment within 48 hours of the invoice being sent and then we will create and send your order after payment is received.

All our products are made fresh to order in small batches to ensure quality and consistency. As we do not use any chemical fragrance or harsh synthetic preservatives in our products, we recommend use within 3 months on all our products except our soap.

Please note that all prices, including shipping, are listed in Canadian funds.

Local & Island Delivery

Free Local delivery from Cinnabar Valley to Lantzville and everywhere in between on Fridays. Please contact us to arrange a convenient time. Personal delivery of wholesale orders anywhere on Vancouver Island for a nominal fee.

Shipping

All orders are sent out regular parcel post, (by Canada Post) unless otherwise requested. Rates are based on the address information you provide with your email order. To reduce our carbon footprint, we ship once a week on Fridays.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, they may not be refunded, unless authorized by Lathertons Natural Body Products. If for any reason you are not happy with our products, please let us know, and we will do our best to replace the item or refund you, depending upon the circumstances.

Privacy

Lathertons Natural Body Products respects the privacy of our customers. We only collect information that is pertinent to offering the best in quality and service. We do not collect personal information from you, unless you voluntarily provide it to us. We do not sell the names or addresses or any personal information about our customers to third parties.
